I turn confusing systems into
experiences that feel clear,
useful, and slightly less capable to
make people question their life choices.
I simplify technical chaos for a living.
I’m currently an Instructional Designer at Scale, where I build AI learning experiences for Go-to-Market teams across Physical AI, Generative AI, Global Public Sector, and Enterprise. Most of my work involves translating complex engineering concepts like evals, infrastructure, red teaming, and deployment strategy into learning experiences people can actually understand and use when deploying AI systems for companies like Mayo Clinic and Paramount.
Before Scale, I led content strategy for Marketplace Learn at Walmart and worked across Meta, TikTok, DoorDash, and Apple, designing onboarding systems, learning experiences, and digital products that help people feel more confident using technology.
I studied Human-Computer Interaction at DePaul University, which mostly confirmed my belief that many things are unnecessarily complicated and that I should probably be easier on my mom for struggling with her iPhone.
Outside of work, I coach high school girls’ basketball, skate, spend time outdoors with my dogs, and drink concerning amounts of coffee. I’m also earning my master’s degree in User Experience Design at Arizona State University with hopes of one day becoming a professor and opening a coffee shop.
Take a look at my work below.
